Returns and refunds

If you have any problem with your Moon Pads or menstrual cups, please get in touch and we'll arrange a return/replacement wherever possible. 

Moon Pads are all carefully hand-made and, while we have good quality control, sometimes a pesky stud might come off or stitching might get caught on something and start to unravel. If this happens to you just let us know.

The Keeper comes with an unconditional 90 day guarantee. You can return it to us with proof of purchase (the electronic receipt you got when you purchased it is sufficient) and we'll refund your money. Talk to us first before returning it so we can work out if there's a way to make your cup work for you. Sometimes a change in technique will make you a happy cup-wearer after all. However, if you're not going to be a happy cup-wearer we'd rather you were just happy.

Unfortunately the Lunette doesn't come with a guarantee, but contact us anyway if you're unhappy and we'll try to help you to work out something that will resolve your problem.
