Keeper menstrual cup

The Keeper is a small, soft natural rubber (latex) cup. It holds up to 30 ml of fluid (most women lose only 60 to 120 ml during the entire length of their period).

There are two sizes:

• Cup A (the larger cup) typically suits women who have had vaginal childbirth or who are over 30 (48 mm diameter, 53 mm long)
• Cup B (the smaller cup) is for younger women and those with a lighter flow (44mm diam, 53mm long)

The Keeper comes with a three-month guarantee – return it to us with the receipt if you’re not happy for any reason and you’ll get a full refund. Note: don’t cut off the stem completely because this will void the warranty.

Because it is non-absorbent, The Keeper is not known to be linked to Toxic Shock Syndrome. However, if you are allergic to rubber (latex) we recommend another product we sell, the Lunette, which is made of medical grade silicone.

The Keeper is made in USA and has been listed as a menstrual product with the Therapeutic Goods Administration in Australia (AU L 68249) and with the Ministry of Health in New Zealand.
